First, log in with your basic personal information. You’ll get the information from RNC about the date of Skype interview, information about working holidays and many other kinds of jobs.

It needs appointment to have Skype interview. Please register on line and wait for confirmation from RNC.
In principle, you don't need to interview again for other jobs if you have done interview one time.

We will send the job information to those who suit the jobs after estimating on Skype interview performance.
According to everyone’s preference and recruit time of the jobs, it may takes 2~30 days from the end of interview to getting a job confirmation.

After the evaluation, the Japanese staff of RNC will send your personal information to the company you would like to apply for to do final confirmation and then the job will be decided!
Please prepare to set out after receiving the notice. It’s allowed to send a part of luggage to the dormitory in advance, and adjust the time to set out but just make sure to arrive there before the start date.
But please be noted that RNC is not an entrusted agency, so you may have to go to the work place on your own. If there’s any problem, please feel free to contact us.
