Japan Working Holiday job introduction@RNC

Interviews with the experienced people

  • Interview with Ms. Huang

I came to Japan about one month ago, and I’m working at restaurant in Kanagawa Prefecture now.
When I arrived in Japan, I didn’t know how to apply for a cellphone, open a bank account or something like that. And there were lots of situations at work which I couldn’t handle with by my Japanese.
But my Japanese colleagues kindly taught me and helped me to solve all the problems.
Even if I couldn’t adapt myself to the new environment in the beginning, I feel good gradually after I got used to it.
I heard about RNC through internet, this system that allows us get a job in Taiwan is really recommendable! I got the job in Taiwan, too!
I like Japanese culture, etiquettes and Japanese expressions very much. Hope that I can make many friends in Japan.

  • Interview with Mr. Chen

I came to Japan 2 months ago, and I’m now working at a sightseeing spot in Nagano Prefecture.
It really impressed me a lot when I arrived at the work place since it was all surrounded by snow.
Besides, there are also famous historic spots and wonderful scenes here, which is really worth a recommendation!
It would be very hard to work here without the Japanese ability (equals to JLPT 1). But the Japanese ability will be improved little by little when hanging out with Japanese colleagues. The most importantly is that you can make Japanese friends!
In fact, I didn’t have any plans to work in Japan before I found RNC on the internet. The reason why I chose it was because it offers different kinds of jobs which are different from what I can find in the city like working at a small restaurant by myself. If you want to try some special works, just try RNC!

  • Interview with Ms. Hung

I came to Japan 7 months ago and I worked at the ski area in Hokkaido in the beginning. I changed my job to Nagano Prefecture in spring. I feel so lucky because I got along well with my colleagues while I heard about many cases that there were many Taiwanese employees being bullied by Japanese supervisors. To be honest, I even thought that RNC was a fake company at first because the homepage was just so simple (before it’s renewed). But anyway, I got my jobs by RNC, so I really appreciate it. What RNC differs from the other human resources companies is that it “purely” offers jobs! And since RNC is a big enterprise in Japan, the jobs it offers are from famous sightseeing spots or hotels in Japan. But it’s better get yourself prepared for the high-season at a sightseeing spot because it will be really busy!
